What a wonderful 45th reunion Friday and Saturday.

October 1 & 2, 2010

Joe Williams (Monterey's Principal) is holding the first program for Monterey's first game which sold for 25 cents. Monterey's firstgame was again El Paso. In 1955 Integration allows students to enroll in the attendance area of their residence. Monterey High School opens. The school is named for Monterey, one of the rival townsites consolidated to form Lubbock.

Thank you to the reunion commettee that worked so hard on making this the best reunion yet.

I don't like to use this website to be use to say anything about me. But I have to come and thank you so much for your support. The reunion committee recognized me at the reunion. It really touched my heart. I love trying to keep our class together. You have been so kind to make me feel special. I can't thank you enough and express how much you all mean to me and how you have touched my heart. Here is a picture of them giving me a very special plaque. I really hope you will get excited and plan on coming to the 50^th in 2015.
